Homo sapiens (Human - taxon 9606) GO derived MSigDB format gene sets for use with GSEA
These gene set collections are in the form of .gmt files which can be used directly with Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) from the Broad Institute.
They have been derived from the gene2go annotation data at the NCBI. They are analagous to the GO-based 'c5' series of human-only gene set collections available from MSigDB. The current c5 collection from MSigDB is based on data from 2008, whereas these sets are based on data from April 2015. The number of sets in each collection is shown in brackets after the ontology name.
